  The staff is so nice, they speak French German English or Spanish. They offered us some extras for free. The hotel is very clean and looks new thanks to a refurbishment in 2014. Buffet excellent

  I quite like staying here, room for a lot of improvements email enquiry e.g. TV in rooms need more veriaty of languages, the staff could be more polite, maybe learn more languages as the resort attracts attention from other countries not just Spain, the restaurant needs more clearer signage of what the food is and what is free. The location is situated in a decent area for the city centre or to travel. Overall more of adults hotel not the greatest for kids. Ps the walls are fine and it can be hard to sleep at night young or old.
