  It is supposed to be a four star next season they have a lot of work to do cosmetically. Food very good a lot of choices if you like Spanish food which I do I would go again

  DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. One out of five stars is already too much. I got food poisoning from the lunch served there during my first day and that stayed with me for 3 days.

  Thank you for your quick response. The reason i was checked in for four days was because we where with an organisation that arranged an shuttle from the hotel to the airport.

  I had a full service but i could not eat the disgusting leftover foods served there. It's almost as if the chefs try to make the food as disgusting as possible. After 2 days we got an airbnb in Barcelona to get as far away that we could from this nightmare hotel.

  1st impression was that it was ok nothing really great nothing really bad, just ok. It's good value for your average low budget holiday. Friendly staff. Wide choice of average tasting food.

  I went here with my university and it wasn't good at all. The staff rushed you out of your room,there were hardly any vegetarian options so I ended up eating pasta for lunch and tea every day.breakfast was very poor with hardly anything to choose from, the meat was rarely even cooked through and the pastry tasted like bacon,which is not good for a vegetarian at all.The rooms were cramped and where the lights had been shining there were void black burn Marks.The beds were stained and full of hair and sand.In the bathroom the shower head had fell off and the second part of the toilet seat could not be lifted up without falling down.The mirror was peeling and the tiles were stained. The celing had damp Marks and I wouldn't be surprised if the room had asbestos. At food time the staff told you where to sit and if you say anywhere different you would be moved. The only good point about this hotel is the location because it is right near the city centre.the pool was decent but went from shallow to deep too fast. This place is in need of some serious renovation.

  The staff members are very unhelpfull aswell. The guy behind the counter told us that there is no way that we can find a place to rent a motorcycle. Meanwhile there was a rental agency right around the corner.

  If you are all inclusive don't rely on the packed lunch. Food was plentiful and fresh, all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Extras not included were the room safe and internet. The included drinks were fine but they have a system were you have a card which you exchange for a drink which you get back when you hand your glasses back, its a bit of a pain but it does help reduce glasses being left everywhere. There was a wide variety of guests from school trips to the older clientele. Beach very close and a decent priced market right outside the main entrance for your bottled water and snacks.

  The only fun thing about the hotel is that its called Samba and that there was a adorable old lady with a wig that shouted PRRIIIIIIITTT.

  Our holliday was nights days in total. After one night we left the second day and came back the third night. This was because we had to return the motorcycles to the agency around the corner. I requested a late checkout because my shuttle would come in front of the hotel and i could leave my bag and go to the bathroom when i was feeling ill. I have to say that the staff member did help me good with finding the pick up time of the shuffle.
