  Room was clean, balcony view was nice. Well located on the beach. Hotel was noisy, doors would slam if your neighbors had their balcony door open.

  Visited here with my two partners on our way to Valencia. We were confused where to park after driving around for 15 minutes. Called the hotel and they advised to park at the casino but to buy a ticket from the hotel reception to make it cheaper. So we go to the casino which is a good 10-15 minute walk away. We walk to the hotel and whilst it has an excellent seafront location see that there is indeed no parking nearby particularly as there is a medieval festival on. We checkin and are greeted by a very unenthused lady who went through the check in procedure in a very uninterested tone - requested our passports to copy and then whilst we waited for them to be handed back to us barked "is there anything else" - yes we want our passports back. She looked somewhat embarrassed. Then when I asked about the parking she then tells me that we had to come see her before parking the car at the casino. Hello. How can anyone manage to park and come and get a ticket for the casino parking when there is nowhere to park near the hotel?! She says we would have saved 5€ on the parking.. we decide to leave it as we don't want to waste another 30 minutes to walk back to the casino to move the car.. we head up to the room which upon opening looks a bit tired, needs a paint.. the bed linen had visible holes in them and when going into the bathroom the door handle was loose. The bathroom was a bit dusty and dirty in some areas and the one towel had a hole in it. There was free wifi however they switched it off at around midnight! Our rate included a breakfast which was served 7:30-10:00. We went down and ate some food which was ok. Don't expect anything adventurous. So we then check out and head to the car park. We were there for 12 hours and paid an obscene tariff of 20€! Even with a discount of 5€ had we managed to buy a ticket from the hotel we think that is a shocking cost. So my advice to you if you are thinking of booking here is to spend an extra 20€ on a hotel that includes parking or has parking at a more reasonable rate with an onsite car park.
